School Group Student Protection Plan Claim Procedure (Schools)
Submit student accident insurance claims online via the portal. All claims must be filed within 365 days of the accident.

With effect from 2022, all student accident insurance claims submission are to be submitted electronically. Parents/students are to submit their claims online and check the claims status through the online portal. All claims should be submitted as soon as possible subjected to a cap of 365 days from the date of accident.
